David Dozier law firm is one of the best law firm. I have had them to represent me on occasions and they never let me down. Stacy Lynn is one of the Parelegal that is so sweet and she's always there for when you have questions and need help and I thank her for that. I really appreciate what they have done. I would highly recommend anyone to let them represent them. Thanks Dozier law firm for all you guys do.

coming back for the holidays. last time i talked to the attorney was in august. All i asked was to get a call at least once every 2 months or so. Am I not worth a 3min call? I got a call in August for leaving a bad review mind you. I'll give a proper/full review once everything is finished. i do have to say after 3 years I still DO NOT recommend dozier law firm. I'm still suffering wages and pain/suffering after they lost my case horribly. i still had to pay thousands to them (my last portion of insurance money will arrive eventually and they'll take a hefty percentage of that too for some reason. despite losing my case. yes, I did bring it up to them to decrease costs, but they won't budge much. 33.3% is absurd! especially for losing my case, do they seriously need that much currency? I need it desperately!) previous professional call I recieved was in May to update me. I hope they'll have some morality and not think dollar signs like the last time. (doubtful), It's truly unfortunate. the paralegal woman working the front desk is amazing though, I wish she was an attorney. update: still waiting on my small check....they sent me a check months ago with the wrong name..soo...still waiting. i keep getting left on read and phone calls just don't help. I'll try again

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jack Jenkins and Stacey Webb. They have handled my case very well during this difficult. Great people! They have helped me so much with everything I need. Both Jack and Stacey have gone out of their ways multiple times to help me when I couldn’t get any help after my accident. I will recommend anyone to do business with them. Whole company is amazing!

In response to the owner asking what can he do to help? For starters how about having a relationship with your clients and stop having your paralegal employee contact us once in a blue moon about our case. I've had several attorneys in my life and every one of them had a relationship with my family and I. Secondly, stop losing important paperwork that was sent to your paralegal. Case has gone on for over 2 years and we have spoken with you one time and that was before we hired you and you reassured us that we were making the best decision by hiring you.... ***UPDATE*** It was 5 years that passed by and I decided to hire another attorney. When I went inside this new attorneys office to hire him he got on his computer and we were all shocked at the information that he had told us! He said that the attorney David Dozier that we had hired MISSED our court date and that the judge gave us 30 days to figure something out or our case was going to be dissmissed! David Dozier NEVER once notified us of any court date! Our new attorney said we had only 3 days left out of those 30 and had we not came in and hired him our case would have been dissmissed because of David Dozier Law Firm not showing up to court or notifying us of the court date. I highly recommend that you DO NOT hire this law firm! And if you have hired them, do like I did and hire a new attorney a.s.a.p!

I approached Dozier Law Firm in September of 2021 to help me with a work injury case. Jack Jenkins, my attorney, told me at the outset that my former employer would be very difficult to get a settlement out of. Mr. Jenkins and his Paralegal, Stacy Webb worked diligently for the ensuing thirteen months on my case and it ended with a favorable outcome. Both Mr. Jenkins and Ms. Webb had my best interest at heart the whole way and never once did they indicate that they were sorry for taking my case. Their communication was excellent and they always answered all of my questions clearly and succinctly. Mr. Jenkins and Ms. Webb always showed themselves to be true professionals and they are a great credit to Dozier Law Firm. I will be more than happy to recommend Dozier Law to anyone and everyone who needs expert legal representation.
